You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 1-2 business days.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are determined by the quantity and/or weight of your order and shipping method selected, including sales tax (if applicable).

All items will be shipped from China and USA (depending on location) using USPS Commercial ePacket® (US destinations only) and 17track.net (for destinations outside the US) which typically takes no longer than seven working days delivery after manifested. All tracking codes will be provided.

Please also note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.

We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

Return Policy

Returns

We work hard to ensure that all orders are printed to high-quality standards and shipped on time. We accept returns and will issue a refund or replacement within 30 days of the end of the campaign or 10 days of the delivery (whichever is later) for any of the following reasons (with visual confirmation): The product itself is flawed; the quality of the printing is poor; or if the final product is materially different than the design presented in the campaign. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
